I am a community organizer and facilitator working at the intersection of water culture and local environmental action. He helps people reconnect with water through simple rituals, storytelling, and small community gatherings that lead into tangible projects.
My water connection
I've been cultivating a conscious relationship with water for over 10 years. It started with a simple realization: visiting the ocean or a lake helps me relax and refocus. Since then, I seek out water as often as possible - especially when I need peace and quiet.
My water ritual
Every morning before anything else - no phone, no coffee - I walk to the nearest water. Sometimes it's just five minutes by the lake. I stand there, breathe, and let the sound do its thing. That's how my day starts. That's how I reset.
